Both lounges are furnished with sofas, televisions and board games. The main lounge also has a games console and a pool table, the other is designated as a quiet room.
The home has an activity store containing gym equipment, a sewing machine, arts and crafts materials and two house bikes. There is also sports equipment, such as footballs and tennis rackets, that can be used at the seafront common a short walk away.
